Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Due to the central location of the apartment, restaurants, bars and cafes are in the immediate proximity: within a 2-minute walk (or 170 m) you will find grocery stores and a variety shops and eateries. Furthermore, the popular beach Playa del Carmen is only 600 m or an 8-minute walk away. Here you can stroll along the golden sand and breathe in the salty sea breeze. Please respect the maximum number of guests. External visitors are prohibited during the stay, as are any events or parties. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the non-refund of the deposit and the cancellation of the reservation. Please note that this apartment can be rented with another property to accommodate more guests. Behind the sofa bed, you will find stairs behind a glass wall that leads to the dreamlike rooftop terrace, where you can sunbathe or read a good book on warm afternoons.
